However, i have heard Ezoic have crashed many websites in the past when trying to get their ad’s installed.

OK, so this isn’t going to be the most exciting of all of the side hustle ideas you can do from home. If you aren’t that keen on writing articles or reviews, maybe data entry is more for you. Click worker is a company that pays you to do data entry work for you.

This is one I have not tried as I hate data entry, I find there is nothing more boring, I’d rather be creative but if this is more for you, sign up and get paid to enter data for them. 

Matched Betting

Matched betting isn’t something you should do if you don’t like gambling, or have any kind of addiction to this sort of thing as technically it is still gambling. Perhaps not one of the best side hustle ideas to do from home if this is you.

Many people swear by it and have managed to make around £10k in just over a year from doing it. However, it is very time-consuming and getting started with it can seem like a minefield! There is so much information to take in and you do need to have some spare money to get it up and running.

However, if you can master it, and don’t mind being bombarded with emails from every betting company, then go for it, you could make a lot of money from it.

Article Writing

If you’re looking for creative ways to make money, love to write, or have good writing skills this one could be for you! Whether you’re a freelance writer or not, you can still make good money writing for various online platforms.

The company Text Broker will pay you anything from £5 – £30 per article written. They have been approved by The Money Saving Expert so they are genuine and it’s one I have used myself.

Annoyingly, it takes them a few weeks to approve your application so this isn’t a quick money fix but be patient, it is worth it! A great little money earner for freelance writers.

Get paid to write a 20-word paragraph on homeware items, songs, and mobile phone accessories. This is one I use occasionally and have been paid a few times through using it now.

It’s about $0.30 per review but if you do enough it makes it worth it, plus it’s only 10-20 words each time! This is one I have on in the background all day, so in-between writing blog posts or if I fancy a break from what I’m doing, I flick over to there and do a few, I can make around $30 in a day by doing this. 

Quick Typer?

If you are a super quick typer, some of the easiest ways you can earn cash is by translating audio files into word documents. You have to be able to type 65 words per minute but they will test you on your application.

Selling Old Stuff

There are so many great places, other than eBay where you can sell your old stuff such as mobile phone accessories at pretty good prices. For music, DVD’s and games I always use Music Magpie. They don’t pay amazingly well but it’s so simple and they come to you to collect the stuff which is really helpful.

I have used their service a number of times and been happy with the service. Also, selling your old phones, I use Mazuma Mobile or Envirofone which seem to give the best rates, however, I will always try eBay first even though they take 10% of your takings! 

You could also make money selling your old clothes on various social media platforms such as Facebook groups. Something i have done a number of times and usually works out well to make some easy money. The best part is your customers come to you and there are no out going fees to pay to sell your items.

Etsy Shop

OK, so this one might not be for everyone and depends on what you plan to sell. If you’re great at crafts, perhaps you could start your very own products by starting your own online business. If you put in the hard work, and have passion for what you’re selling, Etsy can be a great way for business owners to make some good money.

There are so many legit ways you can get on top of your finances, earn money online, and even save money too! You just need to think outside the box. A few other ideas include – teaching English, or perhaps through focus groups.
