What Is Uralix?
Uralix is a natural and herbal complex, designed for urinary health and bladder infections. It has been formulated with bioactive ingredients that support healthy bladder function. The combination of herbs provides an anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial effect to help get rid of the bad bacteria that are causing you problems.

However, unlike many over-the-counter drugs for UTIs and Cystitis, Uralix doesn’t strip your bladder of the good bacteria your body needs. This makes it a much better option in terms of the long-term effects.
How To Use Uralix
Uralix comes in capsule form, making it easier to swallow for most people. You can choose from x60 capsules for £33, or x120 capsules for £55.
When you first start taking these capsules, you want to quickly build up the dosage in your system to give you the best chance of getting rid of the infection. Start off by taking 4 capsules, 3 times a day for the first 5 days, then drop down to 4 capsules once a day as more of a maintenance level to prevent UTIs from coming back.
- First 5 days – 4 capsules 3 times a day
- Dropping down to – 4 capsules a day
- Continue taking 4 capsules a day for 6 months for optimal cover
- Take with food and drink plenty of fluids
What Is A Urinary Tract Infection?
Urinary tract infection is a general term describing infections along the urinary tract. A UTI is an infection that affects the urethra, bladder, ureters and kidneys. Kidney infections aren’t pleasant at all and can become life-threatening if left untreated.

In some cases, it can even lead to sepsis. The number of chronic UTIs has significantly increased in the last decade. Women now need longer treatments to cope with the condition.
The main symptoms of a UTI include…
- Needing to urinate more often
- The feeling of needing to empty your bladder
- Pain during sexual activity
- An enlarged prostate in men
- An increase in white blood cells in your urine
- Stomach ache
- Fever
Often, urinary tract infections start due to a low immune system. If this is the case, you are at a much higher risk of getting this kind of infection.
If you don’t want to increase the risk of infection, make sure you’re well hydrated and your immune system is as strong as it can be.
An Overview Of The Bladder
The bladder has to deal with a huge amount of waste daily. Once the bacteria reach the bladder, if it isn’t dealt with quickly, they can settle in the bladder lining. This then turns a simple case of cystitis into a chronic one.
Mark Slack, head of gynaecology at a hospital in Cambridge, regularly sees patients with chronic UTIs. He describes the condition as a major growing problem.
“In 20 years we haven’t advanced one at all from where we were years ago,”
He is critical of those who dismiss patients’ problems as primarily psychological.
In cases of chronic UTIs, the bladder lining is damaged by the bacteria that settles in the epithelial cells. Bacteria produce a complex layer of extracellular polymeric substances (biofilm). These act like a protective shield rendering antibiotics ineffective.
My Thoughts
After taking Uralix for Cystitis for just under 6 months I noticed a huge difference in that area. I no longer got cystitis over and over again for no apparent reason.
Over the years I have taken various medications for cystitis and would always be left with little to no good bacteria so would then get things like thrush as well. However, since taking Uralix, I no longer get those after symptoms and just generally feel much healthier in myself. I highly recommend it as a natural alternative.
We hope you found this Uralix review helpful to you.
