Achieving happiness is a book on how to boost your confidence, self esteem, inner happiness and success in life. Renowned coach, therapist and author Jeremy Glyn is an expert on how to better your life. Jeremy specialises in helping people find their path in life. He also teaches them how to optimise their goals and to remove self sabotage.
This book could not have come at a better time! With Christmas now a distant memory and winter in full swing, it seems harder than ever to see the positives. Not being able to plan holidays, birthdays or seeing family much over the next few months can be hard. Even for the most positive of people!
“In this book I share the concepts and techniques that helped me to overcome my own self-imposed limitations, and I introduce my ‘Mindset Priming’ approach that coaches, clients, and sports stars, find so fascinating and recommend so highly”.
Specific Chapters
In this book there are 4 chapters, each focusing on a specific element to finding inner happiness and how to get there. Jeremy enables the reader to learn how to be able to do these things for themselves. Teaching you how to change your mindset – mindset priming and how to switch on your mind to achieve your goals.
Throughout the book are also – action steps for you to take. Areas at the end of the chapters for you to do some homework. To put what you’ve learnt in to action to see what you can do for yourself and to put in to everyday life.
“My aim is to inspire the reader to help themselves, and those they care about, to look forward to happier, more fulfilling, and more rewarding lives.”
Open & Honest
Jeremy is so open throughout the book with his own life experiences and struggles. How he went about changing his mindset and how to be committed to his goals.
After reading this book (in pretty much one sitting), i came away feeling positive, with a new zest for life. Along with a clear path on how to go about achieving my own goals. It also opened my mind to thinking bigger and aiming higher. Your only limit is how high you can aim, so why not aim for the stars!
How would you go about achieving happiness?
