We went for the box of x6 brownies – salted caramel, ferrero rocher, chocolate orange, nutella, kinder bueno and lotus biscuit. My favourite was the salted caramel and my husbands was the lotus biscuit, although they were all amazing!

I think these have to be up there with the best letterbox brownies in the UK – or at least of the ones i’ve tried over the years. They didn’t look gooey, in fact they looked more cake like but as soon as you put them in your mouth it was as though they came to life. The became gooey and rich and just melt in your mouth amazing.

We had x6 brownies and between two of us they lasted 2 days – haha!!

In the cookies box we went for – nutella, triple chocolate, lotus biscuit, milk chocolate and x2 kinder bueno. In this box my favourite was the plain ilk chocolate and my husbands was the triple chocolate. These cookies were very similar in texture to the ones you can get at Subway – really soft, gooey and that easily bend. However, they are on a whole other level to the ones from Subway (more as a point of reference).

In this box we went for – x2 malteaser, x2 kinder bueno and x2 twix & rolo blondies. I didn’t have a stand out favourite with the blondies, they were all equally great. Howver my husband did like the twix & rolo ones slightly better than the rest. I think it was because he loves anything to do with caramel.

Chummys Bakery Review – Summary

Out of the blondies, brownies and cookies, the brownies were my favourite, followed by the cookies. We both loved them all, but the brownies were the winners for me. Plus, you can’t beat a warm chocolate brownie with a dollop of ice cream on top!
